When you’re working toward a goal, it’s easy to see how very much there is to be done. My goal is to have The Reiki Artist Studio up and running on a regular basis by July. That’s why I’ve been busy beautifying the front yard. There’s a long list of Things To Do, and it’s easy for me to get discouraged that they’ll ever get done. But today, I got my TUT…A Note for the Universe and it brightened my day.
The baby steps in the beginning of a journey, Beth, always seem inadequate compared to the brilliance of the dream that inspired them. This is natural. If the dream wasn’t so far “out there” and dazzling, it wouldn’t be worth dreaming! Just don’t be led to think that the physical ground you cover with your baby steps is all that they accomplish. Because for every mortal step you take, another cog in a giant wheel behind the curtains of time and space advances, and with it, 10,000 new possibilities.
Better than Star Trek,
I don’t know if it’s better than Star Trek, but it brings to mind how the Star Trek universe is organized to work towards developing each individuals potential. Outside the structure of school, Life becomes much more chaotic. We are required to create, develop, and maintain our own life path. Nobody out there does it for you.
But maybe the Universe is working in my favor after all, maybe my master plan get’s laid out in advance on an energy level and all that I really need to do is follow it after all. So I will make my List of Things To Do, no matter how small, and continue with my master plan. And I will present it to the Universe on a regular basis, and ask for advice along the way. Maybe the Gods, Goddesses, and Guides are just the Universe providing my life path guidance counselors.
I think I’ll move forward with that as a working hypothesis and see where it leads me.
