Much to my surprise we acheived a nice cluster of Irises in the front garden by the driveway this year. They are nearing the end of their bloom, but I was able to snap this photo today. I was surprised because we thought they were killed off due to neglect over [...] Well, I’m in the thick of the Front Yard Gardening project and I just got the most wonderful news! The flowers for my Red & White garden will arrive this week!! Items Shipped: They’re a little earlier than I thought they’d be, but at [...] This coming Saturday is World Labyrinth Day, and at 1:00 people around the world will begin walking their labyrinths. I will be at Eye of Horus for Psychic Saturday, to do Aura cleansing and mini-reiki sessions. When I’m not busy doing that, I think I will partake of the Eye of Horus Labyrinth and Garden [...]

Our perception of our own reality is our choice. It is an outstandingly beautiful morning here in the Reiki Artist Studio, and it was actually warm enough to have my morning coffee out on the deck. As I look out over the yard, I dream about the beautiful garden that I want [...] A funny thing happened the other day at my day job. We all were invited into a town hall meeting which involved learning how the company was positioning itself for the future. Long story short, 100 people found out that by March 2010 we would all be out of a job. The consolidation and outsourcing [...] This morning I got up early so I could work in my gardens in front of my home, Applewood Cottage. I loved the morning light as it streamed across the garden and yard.
Some green things are starting to grow here, and pretty soon I’ll have Iris buds to show you, but [...] Today was the second Sunday of the month, so I was over at Eye of Horus doing my regular Reiki Gig where I do Reiki for walk-in clients or appointments. Today things didn’t go quite as planned, in part because I had no idea it was daylight savings time and I arrived promptly at 12:00 [...] |
