Reiki Classes

What do you want in your life? A greater sense of purpose? More lovingkindess? Personal growth and a feeling of connectedness? Reiki offers all this and more. A form of holistic healing which originated in Japan, founder Mikao Usui described Reiki as "the Secret Art of Inviting Happiness, the miraculous medicine of all diseases."

For my 2007 new years resolution, I chose to inspire and be inspired which led me on the path to becoming a Reiki Pracitioner. Ever since then I have shared Reiki with others in the Summer Solstice Burning Bowl Ceremony and with clients in private sessions in my Reiki Artist Studio. Now a Reiki Master, I am opening my home in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Reiki classes.

In Reiki I the student will get his/her first experience with working with the system of Reiki. This is a two day workshop, with ample time for practice to gain a deep understanding of how this system works. The focus is on personal development and spirituality, with an emphasis on the traditional Japanese teachings. My aim as your teacher is to connect all practitioners with Reiki's true spiritual depth.

All students are asked to continue practising after the course finishes. The reason for this is that each course traditionally is considered to be an introduction to that level - consequently a supremely high level of ongoing support is offered to all my students.

Ongoing support includes monthly Reiki Shares where students can practice reiki and receive reiki from myself and other students and practitioners. I also recommend the Online Programs offered by the International House of Reiki to deepen your connection to this wonderful system. My monthly newsletter features a new article and a new positive affirmation each month and is open to students and reiki curious web surfers alike. You will also be kept up to date on all of my upcoming classes.
