Last night I put a new CD in the stereo for my meditation, it was Dimensions by John Lyell and it was just the perfect sound I needed. I usually go for something soft and Celtic sounding, but this has some serious potential. While I didn’t listen to the entire album, I really enjoyed the tracks that played as I went from Meditation to Self-Reiki treatment. There’s a real art to composing ambient music and John Lyell definitely has a talent for it.
